Mentoring for Change Programme 2018

We would like to introduce our 2018 Mentoring Programme: 'Mentoring for Change'.

Our programme delivery is geared towards working with a range of vulnerable service users.  This also includes people in prison, who are approaching the end of their custodial sentence and returning to the community.

We will be providing accredited comprehensive training to a group of 15-20 mentors.

The mentors will provide weekly or fortnightly one-to-one support to service users, aimed at helping them to establish positive pathways towards training, employment and tackling homelessness.

Mentoring is one of the tools we utilise at ATC to engage and support service users and we define our model of service delivery as a 'Holistic Person Centred Approach'.

The ATC Mentoring Programme will be an essential tool  to enable service users to have the 'Ability to Change' from social exclusion to social inclusion.

To become a mentor or for further information about our Mentoring for Change Programme, please email:

At our recent recruitment event in Croydon, all trainees received a Level 2 qualification in Mentoring!
